Rohit embodies every aspect of why I love Yoga. I met him a year ago while doing my Y T T C in Mysore. He quickly became one of my dearest friends. We have been in touch consistently since I finished training. He gives me the best advice I have ever received and he promotes adopting a mentality of self-love.
