300 Hours Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Course India

300 Hours Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Course is a fully residential course which envisages systematic theoretical as well as practical methods of traditional Kundalini Yoga. The course is all about Kundalini and the practices which eventually leads to the manifold expressions of her at the individual level.

Description of the image of Goddess Kali walking on the chest of God Shiva - The Shiva lying like a corpse is witness and inert. The Shakti above is in an active state. Both symbolically represent the creation and its process which means that in the witness of Shiva, Shakti creates. This is stated in the Kubjika Tantra (Ch. I) that it is not Brahma, Vishnu and Rudra who create, maintain and destroy but their Shakti such as Brahmani, Vaishnavi and Rudrani. Activity is the nature of Prakriti (Shakti). It is for this reason the female form is represented in sexual union as being above the male. When Shakti stands above Shiva, then this symbolism in the case of Kali (the Goddess) means liberating aspect of the universal Mother. (Principles of Tantra - I. 823).

Kundalini - The term Kundalini in a more intellectual sense refers to “dormant supra-mental energy” in individual existence. In tradition of Yoga, Kundalini has been revered as “Mother Shakti which grants access to the extra-sensory phenomenon and liberation.” There are many literal as well as philosophical implications of the word “Kundalini” however, we would like to site the beautiful exposition of great Swami Satyananda Saraswati who writes - “Kundalini is not a myth or an illusion. It is not a hypothesis or a hypnotic suggestion. Kundalini is a biological substance that exists within the framework of the body. It's awakening generates electrical impulses throughout the whole body and these impulses can be detected by modern scientific instruments and machines. Therefore, each of us should consider the importance and the benefits of awakening Kundalini”. For more information please, refer to Kundalini Yoga.
